Job Description & Requirements - Specialty: Interventional Radiology Technologist - Discipline: Allied Health Professional - Start Date: 02/16/2026 - Duration: 13 weeks - 40 hours per week - Shift: 10 hours, days - Employment Type: Travel Allied Position Job Notes: /n/n Travel or Local Allied Healthcare Professional needed for ASAP start. A minimum of 2 years of recent hospital bedside experience is required. Candidates must be able to start within 5 weeks. Opportunity for extension upon successful completion of the initial assignment. $750 referral bonus available. /n/n Opportunity: /n Special Procedures Tech - Radiology /n/n Job Details: /n • Work 4 10-hour shifts with call responsibilities /n• Provide 1:1 patient care ratios /n• Work in 3 Angiography Labs (2 Dedicated IR Labs/1 Hybrid OR) /n• Required certifications: ACLS & BLS /n• Must have Critical Care/Angio (IR) experience /n• ICU/ER experience needed /n• Critical care gtt management required /n• Angio/IR experience including stroke & trauma care required /n• Work with specialized equipment: IVUS, Shockwave, Angio Jet, Jet Stream /n• Documentation using EPIC Cupid system /n• Perform procedures including: Permcath, Port Placement, Thrombectomy, Atherectomy, TVAR, TIPS, EVAR, PE, Stroke, Trauma /n• Work in 3-4 person teams (2 Tech, 2 RN - ideal staffing) with Lead Tech, RN, ARRT/RTR, RCIS /n• Dress code requirement: Navy blue and black for Tech /n• Work with high acuity patient population /n• No floating required /n/n Facility: /n This 612-bed healthcare facility serves as the only Level I trauma center and only children's hospital in the region.
