Job Description:
HCA Healthcare invites qualified and compassionate Registered
Nurses to apply for the position of Critical Care ICU RN on a PRN
(as-needed) basis. This role is pivotal in providing top-tier
medical care in high-stakes environments where patients require
complex assessments, high-intensity therapies, and continuous

Assessing patient condition and establishing a care plan in
coordination with the healthcare team. Administering medications,
treatments, and critical care as prescribed. Monitoring patient
recovery and adapting treatment plans accordingly. Educating
patients and their families on care plans and preventive measures.
Maintaining up-to-date records of patients' conditions and care.
Ensuring compliance with healthcare standards, safety regulations,
and ethical guidelines. Advanced knowledge of emergency care and
life support interventions. Capability to operate sophisticated
medical equipment. Strong analytical and decision-making skills.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Ability to work
under pressure and manage stress effectively. Medical Insurance
Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Life Insurance 401k Registered
Nurse (RN) with current licensure. Basic Life Support (BLS)
Certification. Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS)
Certification.
