Provide direct and comprehensive nursing care to critically ill patients. Monitor patient health conditions and respond effectively to emergent situations. Administer medications and treatments accurately and safely. Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to formulate care plans. Educate patients and their families on disease processes, treatments, and recovery. Document patients' health information meticulously and ensure confidentiality. Maintain operational standards of the Intensive Care Unit. Participate in continuing education and professional development activities. Proficient in critical care nursing practices and principles. Adept in using medical software and equipment. Strong decision-making and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to handle high-stress environments. Effective time management and organizational skills. Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Life Insurance 401k Current Registered Nurse license in applicable state. BLS/CPR certification. ACLS certification ideally within 6 months of hire.
