Job Description:
Join the dedicated team of professionals at HCA Healthcare as an
ICU Registered Nurse, providing critical care to patients with
life-threatening health conditions. Our ICU nurses play a pivotal
role in the healthcare journey of our patients, offering
compassionate care and advanced medical intervention in HCA
Healthcares high-tech intensive care units. This position demands a
high level of expertise in monitoring vital signs, administering
medications, and supporting life-sustaining treatment. You'll work
closely with a multidisciplinary team to deliver the best outcomes
in a state-of-the-art environment dedicated to upholding the
highest standards of patient care. Provide direct and
individualized nursing care to patients based on the application of
scientific nursing principles. Monitor patient health conditions,
administer medication, and communicate effectively with patients
and their families. Operate medical equipment and monitor patient
data through critical care technologies. Report to medical staff
and take active part in the decision-making process for patients’
health. Regularly update patient records and maintain high
confidentiality. Collaborate with other professionals to ensure
high quality patient care. Assist in the design and administration
of care plans and advocate for patients’ needs. Strong clinical
skills with expertise in ICU or critical care settings. Ability to
make quick and accurate assessments about incoming patients. Skill
in using medical technologies and electronic health records.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Medical Insurance

Nurse (RN) with current state license. BLS/ACLS certification from
the American Heart Association.
