/n /nJOB: Physical Therapist /nHours: Temp or Full Time Days
/nLocation: Charleston, SC /n /nJOB SUMMARY: /nPlans, organizes,
and implements Physical Therapy services for plan participants.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to assessment;
planning, providing treatment; and teaching participant, caregiver
or other appropriate representatives/family to maintain participant
support in the community. /n /nEXPERIENCE EDUCATION AND
CERTIFICATIONS:/n /n/t - Advanced degree in Physical Therapy from
an accredited school of Physical Therapy/n/t - Current license to
practice Physical Therapy in the state/n/t - Current driver’s
license and proof of auto insurance/n/t - Two (2) years of
experience working on an interdisciplinary team in a hospital,
nursing home or community-based setting is preferable./n/t - 1 year
of experience working with a frail or elderly population preferred.
If this is not present, training will be provided upon hiring (If
