Responsibilities: Present and close treatment plans with confidence and accuracy Follow up with patients to maximize case acceptance Use clinical knowledge to guide patient conversations Support with X-rays and treatment coordination Increase new patients per location Qualifications: Clinical dental experience REQUIRED (DA, hygienist, or treatment coordinator background) Strong communication and proven closing ability X-ray certification REQUIRED High performer who thrives on achieving goals Compensation: $60,000$90,000 with commission Benefits: Up to 6 weeks paid vacation Medical insurance with employer contribution Simple IRA with 3% match Scrub allowance Dental Holidays For immediate consideration, call Crystal at 860-940-5792.
