Registered Nurse - Stepdown Savannah, GA Specialty: Stepdown
Position Type: Travel Contract Length: 14 - 26 weeks Pay: $1824 -

professional growth. As a Stepdown Registered Nurse, you will play
a crucial role in providing high-quality care to patients in the ER
Holding Unit. Your ability to manage complex cases and adapt to
changing situations will be essential in delivering exceptional
patient outcomes. Provide comprehensive care to patients with
cardiac, neuro, ortho, and critical care needs Utilize your
Stepdown skillset in a dynamic ER Holding Unit Collaborate with a
multidisciplinary team to ensure optimal patient care Read and
interpret telemetry strips using Spacelabs monitors Participate in
department-specific orientation during the first week of the
contract Work at least 6 weekend days/nights in a 6-week schedule
Maintain certifications in ACLS and BLS (AHA) COVID-19 vaccine
