Job Description:

As a Registered Nurse After-Hours Weekend Hospice at Agape Care Group, you will provide end-of-life care ensuring the highest quality of life possible for our patients. Your role will involve administering medications, managing symptoms, providing emotional support, and educating families on end-of-life care. Working in a supportive team environment, you will collaborate closely with physicians, hospice aides, and other healthcare professionals to deliver continuum care in a compassionate and respectful manner. This position requires the ability to work weekends and after-hours, offering a vital presence when regular daytime staff are off duty. Provide direct nursing care and adjust care plans based on patient needs. Administer medication and monitor patient health status. Communicate with physicians and the healthcare team to ensure proper patient management. Educate and support patients' families about end-of-life care practices. Document patient care services by charting in patient and department records.
