Job Description:

to join our Progressive Care team on a per-diem (PRN) basis. This
role is pivotal in providing top-tier nursing care to patients with
acute conditions requiring close monitoring and high-intensity
therapies. As part of our team, you will play a vital role in
enhancing patient outcomes, reflecting our commitment to excellence
in care and community health improvement. Monitor and evaluate
patients with serious health conditions and provide timely
interventions. Implement physician-directed care plans with
precision. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to enhance
patient care quality and safety. Educate patients and families on
treatment strategies and health management. Maintain up-to-date
records of patient care, condition, response, and treatment
adjustments. Clinical assessment and monitoring skills Proficiency
in using medical software for patient management Strong
interpersonal and communication capabilities Ability to work
effectively in high-pressure environments Capacity for critical
thinking and swift problem-solving Medical Insurance Dental
Insurance Vision Insurance Life Insurance 401k Current Registered
Nurse license valid in the state of employment BLS Certification
ACLS Certification preferred CCRN (Certified Critical Care Nurse)
certification is a plus
