Emergency Department Position Type: Full Time What We're Looking
For: BSN required (Master’s preferred) Current RN license in South
Carolina Minimum two years of clinical RN experience preferred
Prior nursing leadership experience preferred BLS and required life
support certifications What You'll Do: Provide daily clinical
leadership and operational oversight Coordinate safe, efficient
patient care Coach and mentor team members to promote professional
growth Support quality improvement, regulatory compliance, and
patient satisfaction initiatives Collaborate with physicians and
interdisciplinary teams Assist with staffing, productivity, and
budget management
