Registered Nurse (RN) | Medical-Surgical Location: Charleston, SC Agency: Cynet Health Pay: $1,700 per week Shift Information: Nights - 3 days x 12 hours Contract Duration: 13 Weeks Start Date: 3/23/2026 About the Position TravelNurseSource is working with Cynet Health to find a qualified Med/Surg RN in Charleston, South Carolina, 29425! Job Title: Medical Surgical Float Registered Nurse Profession: Registered Nurse Specialty: Medical Surgical Float Duration: 13 Weeks Shift: Night Hours per Shift: 12 Hours (19:00 - 07:30) Experience: 2 Years License: South Carolina or Multi-State/Compact State RN License Certifications: BLS Must-Have: First time travelers are accepted. Candidates with two years of experience are required. Description: This is a Medical Surgical Float Pool Registered Nurse position. The role involves working 3x12 hour night shifts. Weekend and holiday rotation is required. Staff will float to various med-surg floors as needed. Patient ratios may vary depending on the unit assigned. IV insertion and maintenance skills are required. Experience with Med-Surg is necessary. Knowledge of rapid response and code teams is expected. The candidate should be familiar with non-invasive airway management. Isolation precautions and personal protective equipment use are essential. Candidates must be prepared for emergency response assignments during hurricane season. Flu vaccination is required, with exceptions for medical or religious reasons.
