HCA Healthcare seeks a dedicated PRN Mother Baby RN to join our team, focused on providing the highest level of postpartum and newborn care. This role requires a compassionate approach and a commitment to excellence in an ever-evolving, dynamic healthcare environment. Our Mother Baby RNs play a crucial role in the health and well-being of both newborns and mothers during their hospital stay. Provide direct and comprehensive nursing care to postpartum mothers and newborns. Evaluate and monitor the mother and baby’s physical and emotional well-being. Educate and support mothers with breastfeeding and basic newborn care. Coordinate with healthcare professionals to ensure effective patient management. Maintain accurate patient records and follow all healthcare regulations. Strong clinical skills in postpartum and neonatal care Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work flexibly in a dynamic and changing environment Proficient in using medical software and patient management systems Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Life Insurance 401k Valid RN license BLS certification NRP (Neonatal Resuscitation Program) certification preferred
