Prepare operating rooms for surgery, including sterilization of equipment and setup. Assess patients pre-operatively and collaborate with the surgical team to plan care. Monitor patient vitals and maintain records through surgical procedures. Administer medications, apply dressings, and other post-operative care. Ensure all operating standards and procedures comply with safety and sanitation regulations. Support patient recovery and provide post-surgery guidelines.
