surgeries, and ensure the effective delivery of clinical
procedures. Provide direct and comprehensive nursing care to
medical-surgical patients. Collaborate with multidisciplinary team
members to develop effective patient care plans. Monitor, record,
and communicate patient conditions as appropriate using
computerized documentation systems. Administer medications and
treatments per physician orders. Educate patients and families on
post-hospital care, health maintenance, and disease prevention.
Participate in professional development and clinical research
programs to ensure up-to-date nursing practices. Strong clinical
skills in a medical-surgical environment Excellent communication
and interpersonal skills Proficient in using healthcare software
and systems Ability to work effectively in a high-stress
environment Strong organizational and multitasking skills Medical
