to patients in the neurological medical surgical unit. Administer
medications, monitor patient vital signs, and record patient
progress. Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to formulate
patient care plans. Educate patients and their families on
treatment plans and health management. Maintain a safe and clean
working environment by complying with procedures, rules, and
regulations. Participate in research activities and keep up-to-date
with advancements in neurological medicine. Strong clinical skills
with a focus on neurological and surgical care Proficiency in using
medical software for patient data Excellent communication and
empathy skills Strong organizational and decision-making skills
