Job Description:
HCA Healthcare is seeking a dedicated Float Pool RN to join our
dynamic team. In this role, you will be assigned to various
departments based on staffing needs, ensuring high-quality care
continuity. This position demands adaptability and a comprehensive
nursing skill set, as you’ll provide critical support across
multiple specialties. At nearly 2,000 care sites nationwide, you
will experience a diverse range of challenges and opportunities to
positively impact patient outcomes. Provide patient care with a
high level of competence across various departments Adjust to the
operational pace and protocols of different medical units
Collaborate with cross-functional medical teams to ensure effective
patient treatment Document patient care services by charting in
patient and department records Participate in educational
opportunities to stay informed about best practices in patient care
Strong nursing skills in multiple specialties Excellent
adaptability to changing environments Effective communication and
teamwork abilities Capability to perform under stress Proficiency
in electronic medical record (EMR) systems Medical Insurance Dental
Insurance Vision Insurance Life Insurance 401k Current Registered
Nurse (RN) license BLS/ACLS certification issued by the American
Heart Association or similar Meet all local health regulations,
pass post-employment exam if required
