patients. Provide direct and individualized nursing care to
patients based on the application of scientific nursing principles.
Monitor, record, and report symptoms or changes in patients'
conditions. Interact with various healthcare teams to maintain
continuity of patient care. Administer medications, manage
intravenous lines, observe and monitor patients' conditions,
maintain records and communicate with doctors. Educate patients and
their families on disease prevention and post-hospital treatment.
Prepare patients for, and assist with, examinations or treatments.
Strong clinical skills in a trauma or surgical setting Ability to
multitask, prioritize, and manage time efficiently Excellent verbal
and written communication skills Proficient in using healthcare
software and systems Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision
Insurance Life Insurance 401k Current registered nurse license in
the state of practice BLS/ACLS certification TNCC (Trauma Nursing
Core Course) preferred
