HCA Healthcare is seeking a dedicated Neuro Clinical Nurse
Coordinator RN to join our dynamic team. The chosen candidate will
play a vital role in delivering specialized neurological care,
coordinating patient care across multiple disciplines, and ensuring
the adherence to the highest standards of medical treatment. This
position is essential for enhancing patient outcomes in the
neurology department and provides an opportunity to work with
leading healthcare professionals in a supportive environment.
Coordinate patient care across various departments focusing on
neurological patients. Develop and implement care plans in
collaboration with other health professionals. Educate patients and
their families on treatment plans and healthcare needs. Monitor
patient progress and adjust care plans as necessary. Ensure
compliance with healthcare regulations and standards. Participate
in research and continuous education related to neurology. Strong
understanding of neurology and neurological disorders Excellent
communication and coordination skills Ability to work effectively
in a team Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Proficient
in using medical software and patient management systems Medical
Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Life Insurance 401k
Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of practice
Certification in Neuroscience Nursing (CNRN) preferred BLS/ACLS
certification
