Our Mother Baby RN PRN position offers a unique opportunity to work with a supportive team dedicated to maternal and child health. This role involves extensive patient interaction, care planning, and education to ensure a safe and nurturing environment postpartum. Assess, plan, and implement care strategies for postpartum patients and newborns. Educate mothers on baby care, lactation, and postpartum recovery. Monitor vital signs and health conditions of mother and baby. Coordinate with healthcare professionals to deliver integrated care. Document patient care services and maintain accurate medical records. Provide emotional support and guidance to new mothers. Strong clinical skills in maternal and child health. Proficiency in patient assessment and care planning. Excellent communication and educational skills. Ability to work effectively in a multidisciplinary team. Compassionate patient care and empathy. Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Life Insurance 401k Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of practice. BLS/ACLS Certification. Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP) certification preferred.
