Job Description Summary The Department of Orthopaedics and Physical Medicine is hiring a Hand and Upper Extremity physician as a faculty member in our hand division. This hire will serve and support all missions in the department with clinical, research, and teaching responsibilities. The Hand and Upper Extremity physician will increase patient access to our Orthopaedic Hand and Upper Extremity patient population while also increasing their surgical conversion rate per clinical appointment. Strategically, the Orthopaedic Hand and Upper Extremity physician will travel to our ambulatory and outreach clinics in South Carolina. The Department delivers the region’s most comprehensive range of musculoskeletal services, encompassing every orthopaedic subspecialty.
