This role is pivotal in ensuring high-quality patient care and smooth daily functioning of surgical operations. The Clinical Nurse Coordinator assists in managing the nursing staff, overseeing patient care, ensuring adherence to all safety and health regulations, and collaborating with other healthcare professionals to enhance operational efficiency. Assist in surgical procedures as necessary. Participate in the development and implementation of training programs for new staff. Monitor and order medical supplies and equipment. Maintain up-to-date patient records and documentation. Strong leadership and organizational skills. Proficiency in clinical operations and emergency response. Effective communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to handle high stress situations calmly and effectively. Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Life Insurance 401k Current Registered Nurse license. BLS certified; ACLS preferred.
