Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) - Locum Tenens Job in Charleston, South Carolina

Experienced Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) needed for a locum tenens opportunity in Charleston, SC. This opportunity offers a broad surgical case mix, strong team collaboration, and a full-time schedule designed for consistent coverage. Charleston is a vibrant coastal city known for its historic charm, waterfront views, and top dining and cultural attractions.

• Location: Charleston, South Carolina 29425
• Start Date: 9/7/2026 (ongoing)
• Shift Duration: 12-hour shifts
• Shifts Per Week: 4
• Schedule: 6:00 AM to 7:30 PM or 8:00 AM to 9:30 PM, with a 30-minute unpaid lunch; some weekend coverage may be required
• Practice Model: Medically directed anesthesia
• Case Mix: General anesthesia, neuro and spine, orthopedics, oncology, ENT, GYN, and urology
• Coverage Areas: Operating rooms and procedural areas including CT, MRI, Bronch, Neuro-angio, and interventional radiology

• At least 3 years of CRNA experience required
• Active South Carolina CRNA license or license in process
• Proficiency with EPIC electronic medical record system required
• Ability to work flexibly across the main hospital and outpatient/ambulatory areas as needed
• Strong clinical skills in a high-acuity, team-based healthcare environment
• Ability to support full-time coverage for multiple consecutive weeks

• Provide anesthesia care across a broad range of surgical specialties
• Support patient care in operating rooms and non-operating room procedural settings
• Collaborate with anesthesiologists and the broader care team to ensure safe, efficient care
• Deliver high-quality anesthesia services in a medically directed practice model
• Document accurately and efficiently in EPIC
• Adapt to changing case needs and scheduling demands while maintaining excellent patient care
