Job DescriptionAre you someone who thrives with providing outstanding customer service, strong communicator /office support in efforts to deliver guest service expressing an upbeat and enthusiastic attitude! Hilton Grand Vacations is currently looking an Administrative Assistant in our Housekeeping Department.What will I be doing? As a Housekeeping Administrative Assistant, you will be responsible for executing your position's responsibilities following tasks to the highest standards: - Answer multi-line departmental phones.- Assist with the coordination of outside vendors and contractors.- Assist Housekeeping Management in coordinating with Engineering on a comprehensive preventative maintenance program for all units and facilities.- Assist Housekeeping Management team with ordering, receiving, supplies, as well as maintaining departmental checkbooks, tracking and processing invoices.- Assist management in administrative duties including filing, faxing, scanning, maintaining records and attendance on team members as well as other clerical duties assigned by a manager.- Assists with departmental inventories.- Maintains supervising systems for projects.- Encouraged to utilize self-service technology frequently as part of your employment with HGV.- Carry out other duties as assigned by leadership.- Regular attendance, grooming standards and safety guidelines established by the company and site are relevant to the successful performance of this position.
