CSR Job Description:Primary Responsibility:Respond to work inquiries, process orders and handle problems in a prompt and efficient manner.Essential Functions:-- - Respond to all customer inquiries in a timely manner-- - Generate all paperwork required for loaded trailers-- - Maintain up-to-date reports to ensure all loads are finalized and carriers are aware of loaded trailers available for pick up.-- - Provide clerical support, including overseeing all paperwork associated with loaded trailers, maintaining corresponding files, answering phones and operating office equipment/computers needed to perform duties.-- - Scanning documents to global share drive - naming files to include BOLs, Signed BOLs and pictures.-- - Ensure gate attendants have all BOLs for loaded trailers on the yard for all customers.Skills Needed:-- - Proficient in excel-- - Outlook-- - Good communication skills-- - Time management-- - Self Motivated-- - TimelinessJob Type: Full-timePay: $16.00 - $18.00 per hourBenefits:401(k)401(k) matchingDental insuranceDisability insuranceHealth insuranceLife insurancePaid time offSchedule:Weekend availabilityEducation:High school or equivalent (Preferred)Work Location: Multiple Locations
