We wish to announce a vacancy of Customer Service Clerk, Bracket V, in the Customer Service Department. The salary for a Bracket V position starts at $3,140 monthly

A brief outline of job duties is as follows:

* Responsible for ensuring the accuracy of production trims as they are sent down from SAP to PPR to the machine;
* Coordinate the flow of communication between the facility and centralized supply planning,
* Organize and publish production schedule to primary and/or secondary equipment,
* Evaluate inventory for movement in warehouse and/or to offsite warehouse,
* Evaluate inventory for primary and secondary needs and maintain a appropriate level of inventory to facilitate production and order fulfillment,
* Work with 3rd party contactors for shipping and warehousing,
* Performing the trim complete function; running, publishing and filing daily reports;
* Track, record and submit Accesorial invoices for payment,
* Participating in meetings;
* Providing update of machine schedule changes,
* Monitoring NCP generation and utilization for assigned machine,
* Monitoring of order/shipment fulfillment,
* Performing back-up to other functions in the department.

The successful applicant should be able to work closely with other functions of the department, inventory control personnel, railroad and finishing/shipping staff in a team oriented environment. Effectively and efficiently execute their daily responsibilities and achieve the teams operating objectives. They should be able to backfill all functions in the department and perform other duties as assigned.

Key Accountabilities:

* Understand upstream and downstream supply chain impacts/dependencies on the production process and load and transportation planning.
* Understand production scheduling system
* Monitor and resolve issues or inaccuracies in a timely manner as to not impact machine performance or customer satisfaction
* Provide timely communication updates to the supply planner, manufacturing and transportation
* Work toward making continuous process improvements
