    • Maintain the highest level of fine dining service to residents, guests and staff
    • Perform back up management duties for Winningham Court and Market Place Caf--
    • Improve efficiency and effectiveness of systems used with month end and resident billing and catering services
    • Provide daily instruction and direction as needed to team members
    • Maintain Point of Sale system and train others, as needed
    • Take inventory of alcoholic beverages
    • Ensure cash control procedures for caf--, as needed
    • Assist the Operations Manager in planning and conducting team member evaluations
    • Assist with special functions and catering events
    • Work with sommelier on wine offerings
    • Manage Winningham Court reservations and seating plans
    • Assume accountability for department and facility policies and procedures and assume accountability for information contained in the current employee handbook
    • Adhere to established facility and departmental safety policies and procedures
    • Perform all responsibilities with adherence to Resident's Rights and HIPAA
    • Maintain professional appearance and conduct exhibiting a respectful and courteous demeanor at all timesQualifications
      • Ability to multi-task and prioritize work
      • Must have excellent communication skills
      • Professional appearance and attitude for daily interaction with residents, families, co-workers, and public
      • Ability to work in a professional office environment and represent the community both in manner and appearance
      • Ability to work occasional weekends and holidays
      • Ability to read and comprehend numbers and written material both on paper and on computer systems in English
      • Ability to read, write, speak, understand, comprehend, and communicate effectively in English
      • Ability to stand, stoop, bend reach, squat, climb, reach above head, carry, and lift (up to 50 pounds /-)Required Education and Experience
        • Associates or Bachelor's degree in hospitality management or related field desirable or equivalent experience
        • A minimum of three years' experience in fine dining events and/or catering JB.0.00.LN
