Responsibilities:
--- Recruit sales associates - interview, select, hire
--- Share the Market Center value story with internal and external
real estate agents
--- Consult and coach a selected group of the top real estate
agents in the market center
--- Develop retention systems with the leadership team to help
grow, recognize, and retain the existing agents
--- Learn and teach the models of KW to empower our people to build
big businesses
