WHAT YOU'LL GET:--- HIRING IMMEDIATELY!--- $14 to $15 per hour, depending on experience--- Health, Dental, 401k & More for Full Time associates--- Resort Benefits & Discounts--- Free parkingRESPONSIBILITIES--- Responsible for everything involved in the experience of a dining establishment, besides actually cooking the food.--- Responsible for minor food preparation.--- Perform a variety of duties and responsibilities every shift.--- Must have the ability to multi-task and have a flexible work style.--- Responsible for making sure all plates, glasses, bowls and silverware are perfectly cleaned between uses.--- Uses industrial dishwashers followed by hand polishing to remove leftover smudges.--- Makes sure the kitchen and storage areas are kept clean at all times.--- Clean industrial kitchen appliances, such as stoves, grills, freezers and ovens.--- Must meet health and safety standards at all times.--- Have a clean and professional appearance at all times by wearing appropriate dress, covering tattoos and maintaining facial hair.--- Requires the safe use of commercial dishwashers, glass washers, basic culinary tools and commercial cutlery.--- Follow and support Service Commitment and Core Values.--- All other duties, as assigned.QUALIFICATIONS--- Must be able to communicate in English with guests, co-workers and management to their understanding.--- Must have a positive attitude and be a team player.--- Must possess the ability to adapt in an ever-changing and fast-paced environment.--- Must be able to maintain a professional demeanor with guests and teammates at all times.--- Must be punctual.ESSENTIAL PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS--- Must be able to lift and carry minimum weight of 50 lbs. across short-medium distances.--- Must be able to stand for the entirety of shift while reaching, bending and stooping.--- Must be able to work on site due to daily needs of the job requirements.--- Must be able to handle manual labor via whisking, chopping, piping, and repetitive hand movements.--- Must be able to handle manual labor involved with standard kitchen operations.#kigr1The above statements are intended to describe the general nature and level of work being performed by people assigned to this job.
