Job DescriptionJob duties include but not limited to:-Manage multiple Chefs, Executive Sous, and Sous Chef teams-Responsible for ordering and operation within strict budget guidelines-Work with multiple vendors to source local and seasonal items. Maintain great relationships with vendors-Responsible for executing private events at the highest level-Manage events space and work closely with banquet teams to ensure flawless events execution-Manage all scheduling for all outlets and private events-Maintain brand standards per IHG guidelines-Responsible for all menus for restaurant and banquets-Dedicated to staying on the cutting edge of culinary trends and ideas-Ensure that product is always consistent and of the highest quality-Counsel and train kitchen employees-Adhere to strict safety and sanitation standards and ensure the team follows these standards as well-Maintain weekly communications with corporate team-Energetic personality that functions well within stressful food service environment-Strong proven leadership capabilities and the ability to motivate your team-Detailed knowledge of food preparation, proper handling techniques-Exceptional business acumen, including the ability to understand P&L's-Working knowledge of all Office based programs and ability to utilize them.-People skills and ability to work with public
