Job Description:

Located at The Links Course Clubhouse, is Huey's Southern Eats, a relaxing style restaurant featuring Southern staple dishes with a local twist plus a full bar serving specialty cocktails, wine and beer

Responsibilities:

* Clears and resets tables according to specifications of restaurant standards
* Adheres to steps of service using the service standards manual
* Ensures tables are pre-bussed throughout shift
* Removes plates and silverware from table as guests are finished
* Ensures silverware is polished and china and glassware is not chipped
* Works diligently to avoid breakage and loss
* Keeps refillable beverages always full
* Notifies server when brining coffee, tea or other beverages to tables to ensure proper charges
* Completes all opening, on-going and closing side work and manager on duty as signed off on work
* Stocks/restocks appropriate linens
* Stocks/restocks work stations with appropriate glasses, plates and saucers
* Informs server of any potential guest issues
* Removes dishes, glasses, silverware or other item from tables and countertops and takes them to the kitchen for proper sanitation
* Provides general resort information for guests
* High school education required
* Prior food and beverage experience preferred
* At least six months customer service experience preferred
