As a Customer Service Representative, you'll be the heart and soul
of our customer interactions, delivering exceptional service that
reflects our commitment to quality and patriotism. Whether
answering inquiries, resolving concerns, or finding creative
solutions, your customer focus will play a key role in delivering
the exceptional service that sets Allegiance apart.What You'll Do -
Key Responsibilities
- Engage with purpose: Respond promptly and professionally to
customer inquiries and assist with orders via phone, email, chat,
SMS, and social media.
- Solve creatively: Handle order inquiries, product questions,
and returns with empathy and enthusiasm, going the extra mile to
ensure customer satisfaction.
- Stay organized and proactive: Manage and prioritize tickets,
document interactions, and contribute to process improvements that
benefit the entire team.
- Build relationships: Create meaningful connections with
customers by active listening, tailored and empathetic
communication, and consistent follow through.
- Be a knowledge champion: Leverage and enhance our tools and
knowledge base to stay up-to-date on products, policies, and
customer insights.
- Drive improvement: Identify trends, share feedback, and offer
solutions to enhance the customer journey and streamline internal
processes.
- Collaborate like a pro: Work with team members to solve complex
challenges and elevate the customer experience.What You Bring -
Qualifications
- Experience that matters: 1-2 years of customer service
experience, preferably in e-commerce or a fast-paced,
customer-focused environment.
- Exceptional communication: You're a skilled communicator who
thrives in both written and verbal exchanges, with an empathetic
and solutions-oriented tone.
- Problem solving: You have strong problem-solving skills, a
proactive attitude, and customer-first approach.
- Growth mindset: You're eager to learn, improve, and embrace
