Hank's Seafood has been beautifully renovated to an ambiance that reflects Charleston's port history and family roots. Preparation is the foundation of cooking, and a Prep Cook lays the groundwork for all of the beautiful dishes created in the kitchen. Making everything from sauces to sides, this individual is efficient but does not cut corners, knowing that a consistent product is essential to the integrity and flavor of the final product. This person enjoys being a vital part of a team dynamic and is adept at following directions and communicating with the chef team.
