Address customer complaints or concerns promptly and effectively. Skills Strong communication skills with the ability to engage customers effectively. Experience with cash registers and point-of-sale (POS) systems. Knowledge of food handling practices and food safety regulations. Ability to upsell products and provide recommendations based on customer needs. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
