Job Description:

preparing high-quality beverages, maintaining cleanliness, and
contributing positively to our team's dynamic. Prepare and serve
coffee and other beverages according to Dutch Bros standards.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the workplace, adhering to
health and safety regulations. Engage customers with a positive and
energetic attitude, providing an excellent visitor experience.
Operate registers and manage financial transactions accurately.
Assist in inventory management and restock supplies as needed.
Participate in team meetings and training sessions to enhance
service techniques and knowledge of products. Ability to work
quickly and efficiently in a fast-paced environment Strong
interpersonal and communication skills Basic financial and
arithmetic skills Familiarity with hygiene and safety regulations
in food and beverage service Capability to follow standard recipes
