Prepare and serve coffee and other beverages according to Dutch Bros standards. Ensure the customer service is enthusiastic, friendly, and efficient. Maintain a clean and organized work environment. Operate the point-of-sale system accurately. Participate in all team meetings and training opportunities. Uphold all company policies and health regulations. Manage inventory and restock supplies when needed. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work quickly and efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Passion for coffee and customer service. Basic cash handling and POS operation. Barista training or certification is advantageous but not mandatory.
