We are looking for a talented, Technical Recruiter to help us continue to drive growth by delivering top quality candidates for our clients.A Day in the Life of a Technical Recruiter at Catch:* Define, implement and execute recruiting and sourcing strategies to effectively meet hiring demand* Execute the full recruiting cycle to include: sourcing, screening, interviewing, evaluating and hiring potential candidates for open positions* Develop creative sourcing strategies* Maintain the integrity of automated recruiting systems and other staffing information processes* Utilize social media and other marketing strategies to foster our client's brands.* Manage a variety of professional networks to engage potential candidates, and promote Catch Talent* Facilitate the candidate interview process through daily client & candidate interaction* Practice your craft in a progressive, technology-fueled team setting, whether it's from our office or the local Starbucks* Contribute to the Catch environment with daily Standups, close-knit team style, and open workspace* Push yourself forward, trust the team, and celebrate the wins - live our core values!Desired Skills and Experience:* Bachelor's Degree in Business or related field* 2-4 years of related Information Technology recruiting experience with proven results in filling technical positions* Experience with various applicant tracking systems* Proven track record of successfully recruiting top, diverse talent in a manner that builds Catch's brand and fosters relationships* Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills* Strong client/customer service focus* Willing and able to adjust to multiple demands, shifting priorities, and demonstrate an agile work style* Ability to work independently and in a team environment* Proficiency with web-based resume search and job posting engines* Preferred experience recruiting DevOps Engineers, Software Engineers, Linux System Administrators, Network Engineers, and UI/UX Designers.Catch Talent is a high-touch recruiting agency that delivers end-to-end talent acquisition solutions to growing technology, digital media, and professional services companies.
