for a dedicated recruiter to join our -team.Candidate must be able
to communicate effectively via telephone and electronically. -
Should be comfortable in an entrepreneur environment, willing to
work hard and adaptable to change. - Our recruiters are key in
getting quality candidates using multiple resources. -Primary Job
Responsibilities Include
Find sources for candidates to
include job fairs, job boards, etcMaintain and manage on line job
postingsLead communication and relationships with managers to
identify business needs and position requirementsSourcing and
screening resumes and candidatesWorking closely with job board
representativesWork closely with recruiting teamMaintain CRM
databaseIdentify qualified candidates through internet resources,
CRM database, cold calls, networking and employee referralsSeek
creative solutions for recruiting candidatesMaintain regular
contact with potential future candidatesProactively and continually
source, develop and maintain an effective pipeline and network of
appropriate talentQualifications
Previous experience in recruiting, or
other related fields helpful but not requiredAbility to build
rapport with all employeesStrong organizational skillsExcellent
written and verbal communication skillsPerks
Base plus commissionAbility to accrue
