Description: IntroductionWe are seeking a dedicated and
resourceful HR Generalist to join our dynamic team, which
encompasses our 5 dealership Automotive Group. In this vital role,
you will be instrumental in managing a variety of human resources
functions, including recruitment, employee relations, benefits
administration, and compliance with HR policies and procedures.
Your expertise will help shape our workforce, ensuring we attract,
develop, and retain the best talent while fostering a positive

apply and contribute to our company's success.Job Responsibilities-
Work with General Managers and Executive Team to administer various
human resources plans and procedures for all company personnel;
assist in the development and implementation of personnel policies
and procedures.- Train Managers on company processes and regulatory
requirements such as FMLA, Disciplinary process, Recruiting, etc.-
Responsible for recruitment efforts; conduct new-employee
onboarding and orientations. Manage advertising within HRIS System
and work with external partners.- Handle employee relations,
counseling, and disciplinary actions.- Recommend new approaches,
policies, and procedures to effect continual improvements in the
efficiency of the dealerships.- Ensure compliance with federal,
state, and local employment laws and regulations, and company
policies.- Manage company leave program including Family Medical
Leave (FMLA)- Maintain records and compile statistical reports
concerning personnel-related data such as hires, transfers,
performance appraisals.- Complete any regulatory agency requests
such as EEO-1 reporting, etc.- Perform benefits administration,
including system administration and communicating benefits
information to employees.- Prepare and maintain employee handbook
and policies and procedures.- Serve as back up to Payroll Director.

Requirements: Job Requirements- Bachelor's degree in Human
Resources, Business Administration, or related field Preferred-
Minimum of 2 years of experience in an HR role- Strong knowledge of
employment laws and regulations including FMLA.- Experience with
HRIS systems, preferably Paylocity and Employee Navigator-
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint,
Outlook)- Excellent verbal and written communication skills-
Demonstrated ability to handle confidential information with
discretion- Proven track record in managing multiple tasks and
deadlines- Experience in conflict resolution, disciplinary
processes, and workplace investigations- Ability to analyze data
and provide insights on HR metrics- Experience in conducting
employee onboarding and orientation sessions- Proficient in
developing and implementing HR policies and procedures- Auto
