Job Description:

A company is looking for a Recruiter for a remote, temporary position.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct talent mapping and market analysis to identify and engage executive-level talent
Develop candidate generation strategies and build a pipeline of executive talent
Perform research, industry calibration, and reference checking to target top talent

Required Qualifications:

8+ years of talent sourcing, mapping, or recruiting research experience
5+ years of experience with productivity tools, LinkedIn Recruiter, and recruiting CRM systems
Experience in the technology industry and executive recruiting preferred
Experience with Office 365, iCIMS, and other recruiting apps
Previous experience with computer applications such as Microsoft Word and Excel
