Internship Overview:

- 10-week paid program that will take place June-August
- Formal training to introduce the basics of a career in the talent services industry
- Assigned mentors to guide and provide you with the necessary resources to complete day-to-day assignments and long-term projects
- Interns who successfully complete the program will have the opportunity to be considered for a full-time position post-graduation
- Assist the office with a sales territory review, resume sourcing, and contacting prospective candidates
- Interns will have hands on experience with recruiters, account managers, and leadership to gain a better understanding of a career in sales, our customer base, and candidate pool
- Each intern will be assigned two final presentation projects
