ABOUT THE TEAM
The Cloud Success Services organization fuels customer success by
delivering the right assets, content, and offerings at the right
time to drive the best possible outcomes and experience for our
customers. The Strategy Office within Cloud Success Services is
responsible for crafting outside-in, outcome-oriented customer
engagement strategies and establishing the global framework for
end-to-end solution success. The Strategy team is a group of
high-energy leaders who look to the possible, take risks, and are
agile, adaptable, and driven by a passion to help customers
succeed.

WHAT YOU'LL DO
Position Title: -SAP iXp Intern - Design & Communications
Location: Remote/Virtual US
Expected Start Date: May 2022
Contract Duration: 6 months, 20-40 hours/week
This intern will help the Strategy Office of the Cloud Success
Services organization communicate and build awareness around the
strategies and methodologies designed by the team, in collaboration
with various stakeholders, as well provide updates on strategic
initiatives through beautifully designed assets and content. Focus
areas include:
- Design and create highly professional, executive-level PowerPoint
presentations and other assets (such as, infographics/one-pagers,
video, webpages) that tell a story in an easy-to-consume and
attention-grabbing way
- Create and distribute newsletters, maintain internal
communications around content updates, KPI reporting and strategic
initiatives
- Content management and promotion using Microsoft Teams and
SharePoint, email communications, and webpages
- Track and manage content engagement analytics
These activities will help to:
- Drive customer success by enabling our teams to deliver business
value for our customers
- Inform, advise, and enable employees on the strategic priorities
and direction to help them make better, faster decisions that
support our corporate growth ambitions
- Align global customer-facing resources around a common customer
engagement methodology to ensure we're consistently delivering the
greatest possible value and experience for customers and making the
best use of our resources and expertise
- Drive solution success through a global solution area strategy
and expertise focused on on optimizing the adoption, consumption,
and expansion of our portfolio
WHO YOU ARE
We're looking for someone who takes initiative, perseveres, and
stay curious. You like to work on meaningful innovative projects
and are energized by lifelong learning.
- Currently enrolled student at a university
- Studying preferably in the fields: Graphic Design, Marketing,
Communications-related Bachelors degree
- Language skills: Business fluent in English and other languages
are an asset
- Strong business communications and writing skills
- Team player with a self-starter attitude and the ability to work
with minimal direction
- Strong problem-solving, organizational, and time management
skills
- Ability to work virtually with a global team across multiple time
zones
- Basic design skills such as InDesign, Photoshop, Canva required,
video editing skills are preferable
