A company is looking for a Technical Talent Sourcer (Contract)

Key Responsibilities:

Source top talent for tech roles across various recruiting platforms with metrics-based targets
Coordinate initial virtual interviews for hiring stakeholders
Utilize specific tools to build high-quality top of funnel for high priority roles

Required Qualifications:

Experience using LinkedIn Recruiter, Gem, and Greenhouse
Experience sourcing for technical roles at a fast-paced, high-growth company
Meticulous attention to detail and success in a quota-driven performance environment
