The Inside Sales Representative is a direct contact of Agru America to its customer base.Responsibilities - Prospect and qualify new sales leads - Maintain a well-developed pipeline of prospects - Develop strong, ongoing relationships with prospects and customers - Coordinate with other team members and departments to optimize the sales effort - Travel is requiredQualifications - Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field - 0-2 years of sales experience - Experience in Technical sales, preferred - Experience in Concrete Liners, preferred - Proven ability to meet and exceed sales quotas - Proven track record of successfully managing customer relationships - Proficient in Microsoft OfficeWhat we offer: - Medical coverage with BCBS. - Dental, Vision, Short Term Disability and Group Life Insurance with Principal. - As a benefit to our employees, we also offer supplemental policies with Aflac and Legal/ID Shield.
