The purpose of this position is to support the Human Resources
Department through the completion of several administrative and
clerical tasks on a Per Required Need (PRN) basis.
Maintain employee files in Bamboo HR and Docuware.
o Scan and upload new employee files.
o Scan and upload various employee documents to the correct
File original employee file paperwork and purge as needed.
Prepare New Employee Orientation binders.
Assist with the preparation of material for benefits
orientation, annual open enrollment and other functions /
