Job Description:

Prepare ledger entries with earnings and deductions
Enter payroll information and maintain payroll files
Calculate salaries overtime earning and vacation deductions
Issue paychecks
Generate payroll reports
Update payroll system to include hire and terminations
You will also work closely with reconciliations
Internal and External auditors
Federal, State and other wage and tax reporting agencies
Characteristics:
Detailed
Ability to meet deadlines
Accuracy
Strong communication skills
