The Reconstruction Project Manager is responsible for managing a
wide range of functions necessary to obtain and successfully
execute reconstruction projects. They are responsible for ensuring
a high quality of service in all dealings with customers, clients,
subcontractors and resource providers involved in reconstruction
Primary Roles and Responsibilities
1. Customer Satisfaction
a. Management of the customer experience and overall customer
b. Manage all warranty activities.
2. Project Initiation
a. Evaluate and sell projects.
b. Educate customers on the reconstruction process.
3. Project Planning
a. Identify and document project scope of work.
b. Maintain customer and client communications.
c. Review estimates.
d. Obtain customer and client agreement on scope and

4. Project Execution
a. Review budgets.

This is a full-time position, working 8:00 a.m. 5:00 p.m.,
MondayFriday. Salary commiserate with experience.
