The Scheduler I is responsible for responsible for prioritizing and assigning inspections, vacant work orders, day to day operations of the Field Superintendents. They are responsible for prioritizing all tasks according to prioritization list, making sure schedules are full and with the most efficient value-added work by area.


  • Responsible for prioritizing all tasks according to prioritization list, making sure schedules are full and with the most efficient value-added work by area. Scheduling all vacant property work and occasionally scheduling occupied property work orders, by reaching out to residents to confirm appointments

  • Schedule all inspections (stage 1 marketing, move outs, move ins, marketing, and any additional as needed)

  • Monitoring the schedule board throughout the day to ensure optimization of the daily schedule by priority and route while following up on the completion of all work orders and reaching out to team members, as necessary.

  • Scheduling admin time for the team as needed, for trainings online and instructor lead, Margin Point, meetings, etc.

  • Ensure parts are ordered, and shipped to correct locations, and pick up/installation is coordinated


  • High School diploma or equivalent (G.E.D.) required.
  • Minimum of two (2) years of experience in scheduling and / dispatching.
  • Maintenance or Property Management preferred.
  • Working knowledge Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) required.
  • Working knowledge of Yardi Voyager and/or CRM Dynamics preferred.
