**Our client, located in downtown Charleston, SC, is looking to
hire an Executive Assistant. This is a permanent position with a
+ Performs administrative and office support activities for two
executives: Head of Group Services & Marketplace, and Head of
Marketing and Communications.
+ Must have the ability to communicate accurately and clearly both
orally and in writing. Maintain a pleasant customer-oriented
+ Manages tradeshows and conferences for three business
+ Organize travel arrangements, maintains the calendar for each
+ Type correspondence, develop PowerPoint slides, and simple Excel
+ Support the Business Unit's department and other
support-activities as defined
+ Provide basic accounting assistance: completing and submitting
invoices, reviewing budget status
+ Complete and submit expense reports for each supervisor through
+ Schedule and coordinate all Business units meeting and events,
including meeting planning, room reservations, food service and
transportation support for all attendees
+ Maintain and file all information pertaining to contracts,
supplier agreements & files both physical and SharePoint
+ Prepare all contract approvals and pay order information for
signature and remittance.
+ Oversee all administrative aspects of conferences including
registrations, confirmations, certificates, badges & evaluations,
preparation and mailing of booth graphics, materials to conference
+ Manage and correspond with Direct Success and Skyline Exhibits
regarding all inventory, orders and conference support.
+ Responsible for the execution of the Records Management and
Retention policy as pertains to Business Units Department
procedures, as well as routine filing.
+ Assist Office Manager in phone coverage for the direct line.
+ Perform other duties as assigned
Hours are 8am-5pm, Monday - Friday.
**Additional Skills & Qualifications:**
Must have experience directly supporting c-level executives.
Must have the ability to communicate professionally, accurately and
clearly both orally and in writing
Must be a resourceful, problem-solver, solution-oriented
Customer service oriented with a "can do" approach to work
Knowledge of computers; with experience in Microsoft Office, in
particular PowerPoint, Word and Excel
Must have superior organizational skills and accuracy. Excellent
problem-solving and people skills also required.
