## Job Description RESPONSIBLE FOR DRIVING THE CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE THROUGH PROACTIVE AND CUSTOMER FOCUSED BEHAVIORS AND ACTIONS. ACTIVELY EVALUATES CUSTOMERS NEEDS BY LISTENING, PROVIDING SOLUTIONS AND MAKING RECOMMENDATIONS TO MAXIMIZE CUSTOMER SATISFACTION AND EXCHANGE BRAND LOYALTY. ## Job Qualifications COMPLETION OF HIGH SCHOOL OR THE EQUIVALENT. RETAIL EXPERIENCE, DEMONSTRATED WILLINGNESS AND POTENTIAL FOR ADDITIONAL RESPONSIBILITY. If a sufficient number of qualified candidates do not apply, the minimum qualifications may be lowered without reposting. ## Additional Qualifications/Requirements MUST BE AVAILABLE TO WORK MONDAY-SATURDAY 0845 TO 1915, SUNDAY 1045-1815, TO INCLUDES HOLIDAYS. THIS IS A REGULAR PART TIME POSITION/ 20-34 HOURS PER A WEEK, DEPENDING ON THE NEEDS OF THE FACILITY.
