Under general supervision, the Patient Support Coordinator is the first line of contact with patients assisting with patient calls and inbound/outbound faxes. The Patient Support Coordinator insures the day-to-day clerical functions of the clinic are completed in an efficient manner to expedite patient flow. Minimum Training and Education:A high school diploma or equivalent (GED) and a minimum of three years relevant work experience. (An associate degree may be substituted for one year of the required relevant work experience, and a bachelor's degree may be substituted for two years of the required relevant work experience.) Typing speed of 45 cwpm and computer experience required.
